This summer, we are revisiting the ten posts I believe have the greatest impact on day-to-day health. The choices are based on what we have seen in real life patients of the practice and the continuing unfolding of supportive scientific literature.
This post outlines the concept I have found to be the most helpful to me and my family personally over the years: Margin. I can't say I have always followed the principles well, but I know when I have, things seem to work out better. It definitely applies to your physical person, but if you work it into other aspects of your life - spiritual, relational, etc. - it can lead to a more peaceful and fulfilling way to travel through the time God gives us!
