This is only the second time I have done this in Overheard In The Office. Usually, I write them after the fact, but not this week! I am pretty sure we are going to hear this phrase a number of times over the next week. For those of you who don't know her, Paula has been a patient, front desk staff, and, most importantly, a friend of our practice for at least a decade! She has been off this summer and is starting in this week as Julia heads back to school (Go Purdue!) Don't worry, we are changing around some hours, so you will still see Julia if you come in on Monday or Wednesday afternoon.
I have included a picture of Paula without her mask, so you get to see what her smiling face really looks like. Believe me, it is smiling most of the time!
