The Crew Says Hi

I hope this week's installment of Overheard in The Office finds you healthy and successfully building your patience as you work through your days!

A wise man once said to me, "The time is going to pass, whether you do something with it or not." Here at the office, we have taken this opportunity for a "hard reset," a fresh start, a chance to clean up some of the habits, patterns, and procedures that really didn't serve our patients or practice very well. At our staff meeting, we opened this up for discussion, and let me tell you, these ladies had some ideas! We made a list of ways we could simplify and improve your experience in our office. I know we won't get to them all before we see you here again, but we are going to try!

How about you? What opportunities have this hard reset and fresh start brought you? This week, I asked a savvy business man what he had learned so far and his answer was, "You don't need an office building to run a business." He went on to describe how his staff and service techs have been able to continue servicing customers, even when they didn't have a central location. I haven't known this guy very long, but I know the current environment is stretching him and he is responding to it in a way I believe will make his business stronger.

I think if we give God a chance, He has something for all of us during this time!

The picture at the top of the page is from our staff meeting on Friday. We are actually updating our website (more on that in a minute) and were taking photos when someone suggested we take a group photo. Good idea! What a great crew and, yeah, they do say hi!

Do you notice someone missing?

Here he is

Dr. Markley usually has to leave to get to his Rensselaer office before our staff meeting, but I didn't want you to miss out on his smiling face!

One of the ways we are working on streamlining is updating our website. As we're working with our web designer, we would love for you to leave us a patient testimonial below about your experience in our office and with our doctors. Would you mind doing that for us? We would really appreciate it!

Leave A Google Review

Just a reminder that we are in the office this week. If you are running a consistent fever over 100 degrees, have trouble breathing, or a consistent cough, call your medical practitioner first for screening. If you are over 70 years old or have complicating health issues (uncontrolled diabetes, weak heart, immune compromised, etc.), let us know when you call. If you are in pain or your nerves are fried, we are here for you!

Yours in Health,
