Okay, everybody. Summer is almost over and I need to come off vacation! I have picked out the last four of the "Top 10 Best of" series and gotten them over to Emily, our very patient tech person, for updating and uploading.
This week's "Best of" is on Vitamin D. We have already seen our first round of cold/flu for the year and it has been a doozy! Getting adequate levels of Vitamin D, both naturally (through sunlight) and as a supplement (especially October through March) can be one way to stay healthy as we go into fall and winter.
